Decided it was time to go back on my diet. I'm going to use my oh-so-loved Egg Diet. It's a diet that needs to be followed for 31 days and the results are amazing. -20kg guaranteed if you're ~100kg. For my weight this shoould be -10kg (that is if you never cheat during the diet).
The diet consists of 3 parts each day. Breakfast [B]; Lunch [L] and Dinner [D]. Breakfast is the same for the first 2 weeks: 1 egg and 1/2 of a grapefruit. The diet requires you to drink plenty of non-carbonated water as well as eat fruit. This is how my first day looks:
[B]: 1 egg, 1/2 grapefruit
[L]: One type of fruit (melon, apple, pear, plum etc.) in any quantity
[D]: Fried or boiled meat (any except for lamb)
As well as starting my diet - I'll re-start my visits to the tanning bed and also take up some gym classes. Awesome. Can't wait ! :)
