Meizu, Chinese handset manufacturer, as expected launched its smartphone m1 in India note, priced at Rs. 11,999. The company alongside also confirmed that Meizu m1 note will be available exclusively through Amazon India at 14 IST starting from Wednesday.
Unlike Xiaomi or Huawei brand honor who used the flash sales model to sell phones, Meizu has decided to stick with a normal sales model for his famous smartphone m1 in India. The company confirmed in a tweet that the m1 will be available for sale and also revealed that the handset will be available in blue and white colors only in India.

The dual-SIM Meizu m1 note has a 5.5 inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IGZO (Sharp) display and also sport Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Is powered by MediaTek MT6752 processor of octa-core (bark-A53) 1.7 GHz coupled with 2 GB of RAM and a Mali GPU T760 MP2. The smartphone runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat Flyme 4 based OS. The company on its website touts that the m1 sport magnesium alloy chassis that can offer reliable and solid construction.
It's a sport a 13 megapixel back with a lens f/2.2 of five elements, blue glass IR filter and dual-LED flash and front camera 5 megapixels. Laptop connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS, Micro-USB and Bluetooth connectivity options 4.0 are on board.
The m1 Meizu brings a non-removable battery 3140mAh, a dual-mic Setup, measuring 75.2 x 8.9 x 150.7 mm and weighs 145 grams. Comes with 16 GB of integrated storage, with no microSD card slot for expandability. Is equipped with gravity sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, ambient light sensor and digital compass. The smartphone will be available in white, blue, yellow, green and pink.
Last month, Meizu has announced that it has sold more than 2 million smartphones in March, following its previous announcements that had sold 2.5 million units in January and December respectively.
