How I got so hooked up with Alexander Mcqueen and Alexander Mcqueen himself

The first collection I got crazy was Spring 2010, and I love all the previous S/S & A/W Collection.

Then I just gone gaga for the armadillo heels, searching it’s other design then I found out by the official site. I went through all look books, and I was so inspired. And most of my footwear sketches are all inspired by Mcqueen.

After seeing Mcqueen on the runway at a video, it was so obvious that he is a great designer. On February 11, was checking for an update. At the first link I saw he passed away. I slowly pulled my self off of the computer then started crying. He was my only inspiration, and now he is gone. I still continued, seeing all his designs again and his last collection, and making more inspired sketches.

I am proud that in Sarah Burton, that I can still feel the Mcqueen in the designs.

I hope they’re company still be a huge success, because it is embossed in the history of fashion.
