Alone in nature I play with light, When the sun is a shining,
And all things are bright.
I try to make faces in all of the trees, Out of varying hues, Reflecting from leaves.
Shimmer and glimmer, dancing off of the river; To me a cascading kaleidoscope delivered. Casually skimming stones out of my hands,
I marvel at the ripples each time a stone lands.
Curling unfurling, smoke bends out my mouth, Then meets with the breeze and journeys on south. Try to hold on to a strand, twisting coercing, As it drifts out of sight, as fully dispersing; Into all that is past, and all that will be,
All that is you and all that is me.
