ну вот, может кому интересно будет.для любителей бананов

350г бананов(то бишь 2 средних банана), чистим, режем на мелкие кубики(особенно мелкие, если нет блендера). В это время греем стакан молока(греть если только опять же блендера нет), как нагреется, кидаем 400г мороженого(такие брекеты продаются).

взбиваем (счастливчики-блендером, обычные-миксером, а такие, как я-вилкой-толкушкой и всем подряд :D)
