ОТДЫХАЙ!

Сон.Не знаю почему, но в последнее время это единственное, что меня хоть как-то радует.Лежать под теплым одеялом, прокручивать в голове весь прошедший день, видеть бесконечные для воображения сны - это какое-то наслаждение.И я ничего не могу с собой поделать, даже днем бывает спать увалюсь.Закрывая глаза, я погружаюсь в какой-то странный мир, там можно делать все:смеяться, прыгать, летать, кататься на слонах, ходить на вечеринки со знаменитостями, сочинять песни или стихи, писать картины, получать Нобелевскую премию, да даже влюбиться во сне и то можно.И это незабываемое чувство не покидает меня весь день, и единственное, чего я жду, и что поддерживает во мне хоть какие-то силы - это предвкушение сна.Спятила.

Пирог со сгущёнкой

Простейший и быстрый рецепт сладкого пирога со сгущённым молоком.

Ингредиенты:

• Песочное печенье (юбилейное) - 300 г
• Сливочное масло - 80 г
• Яичный желток -3 шт.
• Молоко сгущенное - 400 мл
• Лимон - 0,5 шт.

Кладём печенье в пару пакетом и размалываем в не очень мелкую крошку.

В печенье добавляем мелко порубленное и сильно охлаждённое сливочное масло и тщательно перемешиваем.

Выкладываем получившуюся массу в форму и формируем бортики высотой около 2-х сантиметров. Тесто надо распределить как можно ровнее. Ставим форму в разогретую до 180 °С духовку на 15 минут.

Пока запекается основа, приготовим начинку: Взбиваем желтки и добавляем в них сгущёнку.

Продолжая взбивать добавляем сок половинки лимона.

Достав из духовки форму, выкладываем начинку на основу.

Равномерно распределяем и опять в духовку на 10 минут.

Достав из духовки украшаем ягодами, фруктами или взбитыми сливками по своему вкусу.
