I’m brutally honest.

I don’t like to play games and I respect other people by being direct.

In fact, I would say my two biggest core values are being open and honest.

When you tell people exactly how you feel — constructively and without sugar coating — you tend to never regret anything you say or second guess yourself.

Being straight-forward is incredibly important for your relationships because it builds trust and respect.

And on the flipside, I encourage the people in my life to give me honest feedback no matter how raw or uncensored it is.
