My anxiety is getting so out of hand to the point where I’m getting multiple anxiety/panic attacks a day and it can come out of anywhere. I can be as happy as ever and get a panic attack. To anyone that doesn’t know what it feels like: your chest tightens up and your heart starts racing like crazy and all of a sudden you feel like youre in danger and you start to hyperventilate and cry hysterically and ten minutes later you’ll feel fine but exhausted as fuck. Ive had a couple here and there but this past week it’s been every day 2-3 times a day. I had a panic attack at my therapy session today and Travis had to literally coach me to focus on my surroundings and to breathe. Long fucking post but I felt the need to share.
