do you want to be healthy? i think yes, because everybody wants to be healthy. they say that to be healthy, strong and to keep fit is not so easy. and i would like to give you some advice how to be healthy, strong and beautiful.
— first of all you should do sport a few days a week at least.
— you should start the day with a sensible breakfast and good mood.
— you should tend to have 4-5 smaller meals a day.
— you should eat healthy food (which contains a lot of minerals, vitamins, proteins) such as fruits and vegetables.
— you should drink 6-8 glasses of water every day.
— you should get about 7-8 hours sleep a night.
— you should allow yourself adequate time off for holidays.
— you should not eat a lot of sugar or salt.
— you should not drink alcohol and smoke.
these are the mainest rules which you should perfom.
i think if you comply with these advise you will be healthy person. nowadays health is one of the most important thing in our life. and on my mind we should take care of ourselves and our health.
