You know what’s fucked up. How parents are complaining about how the shows on television are making children do bad things, how simple cartoons are brainwashing kids into thinking they can fly or that imaginary things are real. This woman’s 6 year old child jumped off the porch railing on her house thinking she could fly and she’s saying that it’s the television show’s responsibility and that they need to be more responsible for what they present to children on their show. Here’s my question:
WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU WHEN SHE WAS CLIMBING ONTO THE PORCH RAILING? OH YEAH, YOU WERE BEING A SHITTY PARENT SO YOU CAN SUE A SHOW BECAUSE YOUR CHILD IS FUCKING STUPID.
Jesus Christ, our generation watched Tom & Jerry for Christ’s sake and we don’t go beating up our friends with rolling pins and hot metal irons. Because we weren’t idiots and our parents actually did some parenting and told us right from wrong and DIDN’T ASSUME that the television
WOULD DO THEIR PARENTING FOR THEM. STOP BEING LAZY AND EDUCATE YOUR CHILD. DON’T SIT THEM DOWN IN FRONT OF THE TELEVISION FOR SIX HOURS A DAY AND WONDER WHY THEY’RE BEHIND THEIR CLASSMATES IN SCHOOL.
