Фреши для детокса и похудения (выводят лишнюю жидкость, уменьшают аппетит и помогают избавиться от целлюлита). Пить за 30 минут до еды.

1. 1/2 яблока, горсть шпината, 1/2 морковки, 1 стебель сельдерея, несколько капель оливкового масла или сливок.

2. 1 огурец, 1 стебель сельдерея, сок 1/2 лимона, мята.

3. Яблоко+морковь+несколько капель оливкового масла или сливок.

4. 1 груша, сок 1/2 грепфрута.

5. 1/2 стакана клубники, 1/2 стакана апельсинового фреша

6. 3 маленькие моркови, несколько небольших соцветий брокколи, 1 яблоко, сок 1/2 лимона

7. Яблоко, 1/2 небольшой свеклы, 1/2 моркови, горсть петрушки. Сначала отжимаем сок из свеклы, отставляем на 10 минут, затем добавляем фреш из остальных ингредиентов.

Мы уже достаточно долго вместе и пора бы научится доверять друг другу...ведь если кто-то из нас захочет изменить, то не расстояние, не время суток, не количество алкоголя в крови не сыграют существенной роли!
